gbajje Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the complete rules for using the gbajje platform, the rights and responsibilities of users, and the terms of service.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to gbajje. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gbajje platform (https://gbajje.cam) and all related services. These Terms form a legal agreement between you and gbajje.
By registering on this platform or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.
gbajje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To create an account and use the gbajje platform, the following eligibility criteria must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is intended only for those aged 21 or above.
- You must provide your identity and information accurately.
- Each individual may operate only one account.
- You must be a capable adult and legally eligible to enter into a contract.
- You must not be subject to any court order that prohibits holding an account with gbajje.
gbajje reserves the right to reject any application or account without verification.
3. Account Registration and Security
Create an Account
At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. gbajje may request additional documents for identity verification.
- Only one account per individual is permitted.
- Transfer or sale of an account is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep account information regularly updated.
Password and Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details secure. You will be held responsible for all activities carried out from your account.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
- Sign out after logging in from a public device.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
Deposits
gbajje currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
- After a successful deposit, the account balance is generally updated instantly.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. gbajje generally takes 10–45 minutes to process withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment method registered on the account.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- gbajje reserves the right to hold withdrawals if unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
- Certain balances may not be withdrawable until the relevant bonus conditions have been met.
gbajje keeps all financial transactions secure through SSL encryption and advanced security measures.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
gbajje offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own rules and terms, which are stated in the offer description. The general bonus terms are listed below:
Welcome Bonus
Newly registered users have the opportunity to receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
General Bonus Terms
- One account may apply for a given bonus only once.
- In the event of bonus abuse, gbajje reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- It is not possible to withdraw a bonus before the wagering requirement has been met.
- The validity period of a bonus offer will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
- gbajje reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud and Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
- Attempting to collect bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
- Using computer programs, bots or automation software.
- Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability of the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Account Conduct
Users must avoid the following conduct:
- Harassing, intimidating or insulting other users.
- Behaving disrespectfully toward gbajje staff.
- Attempting to disrupt the operations of the platform.
- Making false complaints or submitting fraudulent chargebacks.
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of gbajje.
7. VIP Program and Cashback
gbajje offers three VIP tiers that provide regular players with various benefits and rewards. Participation in the VIP program is governed by these Terms.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on active participation and use of the platform. gbajje reserves the right to change the details and terms of the VIP program.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, graphics and other elements on the gbajje website are the intellectual property of gbajje or its respective licensors.
- No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
- Scraping any part of the website or collecting data through automated means is prohibited.
- Separate written permission is required to use the gbajje brand name or logo.
- Game software is protected by the intellectual property of the respective providers.
9. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Account Closure and Termination
Closure at User's Initiative

Closure at gbajje's Initiative
gbajje reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
- If fraud or deceit is suspected.
- In cases of false identity or provision of false information.
- For legal or regulatory reasons.
12. Dispute Resolution and Complaints
In the event of a complaint or dispute, gbajje first attempts to reach an amicable resolution. The complaint submission process is:
